Dava adheres to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL), and we ensure that all vessels under our charter and all our suppliers are in strict conformance with the MARPOL regulations.
We endeavour to charter in eco-friendly ships with lower fuel consumption, and we instruct our vessels to travel at eco-speed whenever possible in order to minimise fuel consumption.
We are also following the developments on the research on alternative fuels such as Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) to be used on vessels, and we look forward to chartering in these environmentally friendly ships in the future.
